travel management

not so long ago I posted an article on this blog. although only the adaptation of another article. hopefully useful, probably not far from the original entry I titled this new travel management. them :
A. wherever possible we should be able to know where we are and the amount of supplies that were taken (the remaining). Create the next steps to be all things act according to priority, effective and efficient, with efficiency have always thought we would be more confident.
B. avoid the condition of lack of body fluids (dehydration). In the heat, move slowly, do not consume caffeinated beverages or the like that actually makes the body lose fluids. We recommend the consumption of high carbohydrate foods than high protein.
C. use water economically. Water can be obtained from existing plants the forest, such as the base (the base) banana trees, rattan, moss, and flowers semar bag. Rain and dew water can be accommodated in a raincoat or other cross-section which is distributed in a container (bottle). If you find a river and it was dry, try to dig up the existing soil around the river rocks below.
D. always turn on the fire at night to warm the body and avoid animals (animals) that there might be wild in the woods. Webbing the leaves can also be made to warm the body. Arm yourself with a wooden stick (baton) or a machete as a preparation to face the beast.
E. if you run out of food supplies, try to locate and identify the types of plants that are edible. If unsure, there are no fruits or leaves are edible wild. Do a test first on the skin of the hands, lips, or tongue for a while, after making sure the new safe to eat. Avoid plants that are brightly colored and white gummy.
F. if there are sores on the body, continue to put pressure by binding tightly around the wound with a hard cloth. Avoid and clean the wound from dirt, because infections caused by injury may make the body weak.

Thank you to bang John Kurnia Irawan has given me an idea and an overview of how where we should be cautious in nature. We are sorry if the submission of this paper is a bit messy, may still be willing to read.
